As a child I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in Business, and work with my father. I also understood that the most fulfilling path for me would absolutely include the ability to really help people with their lives.”
Throughout her teenage and University years, Shivaun worked for her father’s company. After graduating with a BBA, she joined him on a full time basis, while continuing to pursue ongoing professional education. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration, a CFP (Certified Financial Planner), a PRP (Professional Retirement Planner), Level 2 Life Insurance, Branch Manager Designation, and the Canadian Securities Course.
She also attends conference, seminars, meetings and educational forums to continue her professional development. She routinely attends seminars on financial, lifestyle and insurance concepts and ideas and conducts on-site visits to Money Managers throughout North America. Active professionally, she is currently serving as Vice President of the BC Chapter of Retirement Planning Association of Canada and was National Secretary for four years.
Shivaun is married with two daughters, and has a Golden Retriever. She loves the outdoors, and enjoys downhill mountain biking, snowboarding, camping and running.
